Chris Dreier has a lifetime of experience in real estate in Chicago, prior to moving to Louisville. This gives him special insight on financing and the value of specific design features. He has also had experience rehabbing older homes, including painstaking restoration of a classic arts & crafts style home in Chicago’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, during which he honed his talent for creating rapport with construction teams. This, coupled with a passion for woodworking, including professional woodworking coursework, gives him a great eye for details. Chris also had a behind-the-scenes stint in the pre-fabricated modular house industry. Chris brings that experience to our practical logistics every single day.
